UNITY is capable of handling a wide range of volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds.

Sensitivity

The desorption performance of UNITY¡¯s electrically-cooled cold trap is so effective that is uniquely capable of splitless operation with high-resolution capillary chromatography, giving maximum sensitivity for environmental monitoring and other trace level applications.

UNITY also supports single and double split capability. Offering sample splitting up to 10,000:1, for high concentration industrial monitoring and % level volatiles in materials plastics, drugs, foods etc.

UNITY offers your laboratory the power of state-of-the-art thermal desorption technology with minimal start-up costs and minimal disruption. UNITY connects to all common makes of commercial GC/GCMS with a heated transfer line. No GC injector is required and MS background signals are directly comparable to the best that can be obtained with conventional GC inlets.
Low cost of ownership is integral to UNITY: Solid state electrical cooling removes the expense and downtime associated with liquid cryogen. To improve serviceability the entire flow path and related mechanical components are configured into discrete interchangeable assemblies.
